In full accordance with Google Play Developer Policies and data protection standards, AstoBag provides all users with a straightforward way to request the permanent deletion of their account and associated data.
Whether you registered via our Android application or directly through www.astobag.com, you do not need the app installed to submit a deletion request. Users who have uninstalled the application or lost their access credentials can use the web form below.
Once a deletion request is confirmed, personal profile information, saved addresses, wishlist items, and authentication sessions are permanently wiped.
How to Request Account Deletion
Method 1: In-App / Account Settings
If you have access to your AstoBag account, you can initiate permanent self-service deletion instantly:
- Open the AstoBag App or visit www.astobag.com.
- Log into your account with your credentials.
- Navigate to Account → Profile Settings.
- Scroll down to the "Delete Account" section.
- Click Delete Account, enter your password to confirm, and submit.
Method 2: Online Request Form (No Login Required)
Uninstalled the app or forgot your password? Submit your registered contact details below. Our team verifies and completes deletion within 7 to 14 business days.
Complete Data Erasure • Zero Retention
100% Permanently Deleted
Your name, email, phone number, avatar, password hashes, saved delivery addresses, active carts, and wishlist items are permanently and irreversibly purged from our database.
Zero Data Kept
We do not retain, store, or archive any of your personal details, profile records, or account history once your deletion is processed. Everything is completely erased.
Partial Data Deletion
You can remove individual saved addresses in your Address Book or clear your Wishlist anytime without deleting your entire account.
